So I received the anxiety roller as a gift and when I tell you it works it WORKS! I have a diagnosed anxiety disorder and when I had my MASSIVE speech therapy exam this was the only thing that calmed my nervous system down (I was literally shaking and had taken my own anxiety pills and couldn’t calm down).
